1. Services covered

These terms apply to software services provided by Ukiyo Floating World Ltd, including Anshin Calendarand related digital subscription products.

2. Accounts

Users must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

3. Subscription billing

Anshin Calendar uses a free plan and an optional Plus (Founding) subscription. Free: 1 calendar, up to 2 members. Plus (Founding): £2/month or £20/year.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Customers can cancel anytime, and access remains active until the end of the paid billing period.

Early supporters keep this price while subscription stays active. Founding pricing is for early supporters and may close to new signups later. Prices are shown in GBP. VAT included where applicable.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform security, distribute malicious code, or use services for unlawful activity.

5. Availability and changes

Product capabilities may change over time. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ukiyo Floating World Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
