1. Services covered

This policy applies to digital SaaS subscriptions sold by Ukiyo Floating World Ltd, including Anshin Calendar and other products in development.

2. Cancellation policy

Customers can cancel subscriptions anytime from account settings.

After cancellation, service access remains active until the end of the paid billing period.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

3. Refund policy

Refund requests made within 14 days of payment are reviewed under our standard refund window.

Requests made after 14 days may still be reviewed case-by-case.

No free trial is offered for Plus (Founding) subscriptions because core functionality is available on the free plan.

4. Delivery and access

Access is delivered digitally after account setup. Products currently marked in development are not yet available for account access.
